Our CNC machine cuts the shape you draw out of large EPS blocks. From a single piece to a full series.

What we cut

Cornices: Facade and interior cornices, bands and window heads in any profile.
Roof and eaves details: Tapered boards, eaves and parapet details, falls for flat roofs.
Arches and vaults: Formwork for arched windows and doors, curved facade surfaces.
Facade decoration: Window surrounds, columns, pilasters and quoins for rendering.
Letters and logos: 3D letters, signage and stage sets.
Formwork and moulds: Concrete formwork and single-use moulds.
Packaging inserts: Support and protection parts shaped to the product.
Blocks to size: EPS blocks and boards in your dimensions, very thick ones included.

1.Send a drawing
DXF, DWG, PDF, SVG or a photo of a hand sketch with dimensions.
2.We price it
We choose the grade and how to cut the block, then give you a price and lead time.
3.We cut it on CNC
The contour is loaded into the machine and a heated wire cuts it out of the block.
4.We pack and ship
Collect it yourself or have it delivered straight to site.
